Thank you for shopping with Pipsqueak! Because every sticker sheet is custom-made using AI-generated artwork based on your pet’s photos, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

What Makes Pipsqueak Stickers “Personalized” and “Custom”

Each Pipsqueak sticker sheet is a unique, one-of-a-kind product created specifically for you. Your sticker sheet is personalized because:

  • It is created from your uploaded pet photos that you provide to us.
  • It incorporates your chosen theme selection (Standard, Relax, Royal, Beach, etc.).
  • It is AI-generated using a unique design algorithm that creates an original, non-replicable artwork based on your specific photos and theme combination.
  • No two sticker sheets are identical—each design is custom-generated for your pet and cannot be replicated or recreated in the exact same way.
  • The final design reflects your specific choices and preferences and cannot be mass-produced or made available to other customers.

Because your sticker sheet is made to your specifications and uniquely personalized, it is fundamentally different from standard retail products and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED FOR PIPSQUEAK STICKER SHEETS. Every Pipsqueak sticker sheet is a one-of-a-kind, personalized product created specifically for you using artificial intelligence. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds except as explicitly detailed in the “Reprints for Defective or Damaged Orders” section below.

Design Preview and Pre-Purchase Consent

Before you complete your purchase, you will see a preview of your AI-generated sticker sheet design on your screen. You are required to review this preview carefully, including your pet’s likeness, the selected theme, and the overall appearance of all stickers in the sheet.

By clicking “Place Order” or “Complete Purchase,” you:

  • Confirm that you have reviewed and approved the design preview as presented.
  • Acknowledge and agree to the all-sales-final policy described in this document.
  • Authorize Pipsqueak LLC to charge your payment method and begin production of your custom sticker sheet.
  • Agree that your order confirmation email constitutes documentation of your acceptance of both the design and this refund policy, and that this email may be used as evidence in any dispute.

Shipping Timeline

Pipsqueak typically ships orders within 5–7 business days of order confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will notify you by email with the reason for the delay and provide you the option to cancel your order for a full refund. If you do not elect to cancel within the timeframe specified in our email, your order will proceed to fulfillment.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: Orders typically enter production within 2 business hours of order confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order enters production and is sent to our fulfillment partner for printing.

Cancellation requests received before production notification email: If you request cancellation before receiving the “order entered production” email from Pipsqueak, we will attempt to cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellation requests received after production notification: Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. The all-sales-final policy and the terms below apply, and the only remedy available is a reprint for qualifying defects (see “Reprints for Defective or Damaged Orders”).

Reprints for Defective or Damaged Orders

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we stand behind the quality of our printed products. We will provide one (1) replacement reprint per qualifying order, printed and reshipped at no additional cost, if:

  • Your sticker sheet arrives damaged, torn, creased, or defective due to a printing, manufacturing, or shipping error caused by Pipsqueak or our fulfillment partner.
  • The printed design is significantly different from the preview you approved—for example: wrong design entirely, wrong theme applied, missing stickers, blank stickers, or incomplete/partial print coverage.
  • Your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and does not arrive within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date.

Reprint Limitations: We will provide one (1) replacement reprint per qualifying order. Additional reprints beyond the first replacement require written approval from Pipsqueak LLC.

What Is Not Covered by Our Reprint Policy

Because each sticker sheet is a custom product made to your specifications, reprints are not available for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated design, likeness, artistic style, or overall appearance that was previewed and approved before purchase.
  • Minor color variations, shading differences, or tonal variations between the on-screen preview and the printed product—such variations are normal and expected in all printing processes.
  • Changes of mind, second thoughts, incorrect theme selections, or regret regarding your photo choices.
  • Photos that were low-quality, blurry, poorly lit, underexposed, or taken in dim lighting, resulting in a less detailed or less clear design (this is a limitation of the input photo quality, not a manufacturing defect).
  • Sticker sheets that have already been used, applied to surfaces, peeled, or altered in any way.
  • Shipping delays, carrier delays, or customs delays caused by circumstances beyond Pipsqueak’s control. Note: International customers should be aware that customs processing, border inspections, and carrier delays are not considered “lost” shipments.
  • Dissatisfaction with sticker size, quantity, sheet layout, or other product specifications.

How to Request a Reprint

If you believe your order qualifies for a reprint under the conditions above, please email us at info@pipsqueak.pet within 14 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the defect, damage, or issue.
  • High-quality photographs clearly showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy from the approved preview.

Important: The sticker sheet must be in original, unused condition (not applied or altered). Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will print and ship a replacement sticker sheet at no additional cost to you. If your claim is denied, we will explain the reason in our response.

Lost or Missing Orders

Process: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us at info@pipsqueak.pet with your order number and tracking information (if available). We will investigate the shipment with the carrier to determine if it was lost in transit.

Resolution: If the carrier confirms the order was lost, we will reprint and reship your order at no charge. If the carrier is unable to confirm the loss or if the package is still in transit (including in customs for international orders), we may ask you to wait an additional reasonable period before we reprint.

International Orders: Customs clearance, border processing, and international carrier delays are normal and do not constitute a “lost” shipment. Please allow additional time for international delivery.

Chargeback Protection

By completing your purchase and clicking “Place Order,” you acknowledge that:

  • You reviewed the design preview and approved it before placing your order.
  • You agreed to this all-sales-final refund policy.
  • You authorized Pipsqueak to charge your payment method.
  • Your order confirmation email serves as complete documentation of your acceptance, approval, and authorization.

Pipsqueak may use your order confirmation email and design preview as evidence in any chargeback dispute to demonstrate that you reviewed, approved, and authorized the purchase. Chargeback claims that contradict the terms of this policy and your order confirmation will not be honored.

European Union Consumers — Cooling-Off Exception

Important Notice for EU Residents: You do NOT have a 14-day cooling-off period (“right to cancel”) for this purchase.

Under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to contracts for “goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

Pipsqueak sticker sheets are exempt from the EU cooling-off period because they are:

  • Made specifically to your specifications (your uploaded photos, your theme selection).
  • AI-generated designs that are unique and one-of-a-kind for your pet.
  • Clearly personalized and non-returnable goods.
  • Custom products that cannot be resold or replicated.

Therefore, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to Pipsqueak orders. All sales are final, and the refund and reprint policy outlined in this document applies in full.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. However, this policy reflects the nature of Pipsqueak products as custom, personalized, one-of-a-kind goods, which are exempt from many standard consumer return protections under law.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For questions about disputes or your rights, please refer to our Terms of Service.
